Does each building have its own account?
Yes. Maintenance contributions are paid into the building's separate bank account.
Do I contribute if my apartment is unused?
The duty to maintain shared areas also applies when an apartment or business space is not occupied.
Does the service include cleaning?
A package can include cleaning, administration, small repairs and organising works. The contract defines its scope and frequency.
How are residents' contributions used?
Funds stay in the building's account, pay for agreed services and support future work. Montestan keeps expense records.
