Residents at the centre
We work around the interests of owners and the everyday life of the building.
About us
Close to your building. Closer to your needs.
We are Montestan, a building management and maintenance agency and part of Copy Net DOO. We look after buildings in Budva, Tivat and Petrovac.
Shared spaces. Shared responsibility.
Owners choose who they trust with their building. Our role is to organise its care and help protect the property you share.
Whether you are appointing a manager for the first time or changing how your entrance is maintained, we start with your needs.
Care that lasts
Regular maintenance and planning help preserve shared property.
A direct conversation
Clear communication makes it easier to decide what your building needs.
Better care starts with a conversation.
Tell us what your building needs. Together, we'll find the right level of service.
